Tough Weekend

It was a tough few days. I am still battling the fever - 6 days now. I can't lie and tell you it didn't go above 101. It did but I refused to go to the hospital. Jim and I believed with my low white blood count, the risks of going to the hospital were probably greater than the benefits. At times we just took it hour by hour. I could be good for an hour and bad for two. I'm sure there are a few hours I don't remember at all. Jim was an awesome nurse. I couldn't have gotten through this weekend without him.

I believe I am probably over the plateau as my fever was 99.6 when I got up this morning. I will see the doctor again today, so who knows what today holds.
