As I was just typing my latest blog, the Pulmonary doctor was calling me regarding the status of Pneumonia. My chest x-ray that I took on Monday showed that the shadowing was getting worse. He wanted to consult with my oncologist before he decided what the next step would be. He strongly believes they need to send a scope down my throat into my lungs to see what - I really don't know (don't know the technical term).
He just called and the doctors have decided I need to be admitted into the hospital. I've tried for 8 months not to have to go there. He is calling the hospital to arrange a room for me and then calling me back.
I just don't want to go, but I don't want to jeopardize my future health.
I have to go get ready, but I don't feel ready for this.

A Wonderful Gift
As soon as I realized I was going to have surgery I knew I wanted to have family pictures taken. This was the best gift I could've been given. We had so much fun. If I ever doubt what I am fighting for it is for more days like this one. I encourage you to go and check out the following link to see a slide show.
